During the polar vortex that hit the area. It has been on my mind that I need to take the time, because I have not forgotten how truly amazing the service we received was and when you find a company that exceeds your expectations, the least you can do is let others know. Our technician, Roman, came out after another company told us we needed a new system and quoted us $6K. Roman was extremely thorough, and advised that our gas was set way too high, which was why our heat was auto shutting off. We need different filters and maintenance, to the tune of less than $300. We purchased the maintenance plan with them, and will never use anyone else. These guys are honest, and I will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Our furnace needed service, and we had Air Choice Heating and Cooling come out. They were very helpful and sent out someone right away. Our Technician Carlos texted me with his picture and to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived listened to what had been happening and quickly fixed the problem. I called late afternoon on a Friday and got an appointment for the next day. My furnace wasn't holding the temperature I set it at so Roman came to look at it to see what was happening. He was very nice and extremely professional. He figured out the problem right away and was able to fix it immediately. He tested everything, including the heating output in each vent and took pictures of the inside of the furnace. I was having some other issue with the heat reaching a certain room and he came up with different options to resolve the issue. It's nice to have choices! I would definitely use them again!
